This summer, we're coming together for a joyful family gathering at the beautiful Family Mountain House in Payson, AZ. Nestled in the heart of Arizona’s Rim Country, With scenic views, plenty of outdoor adventures, and space to relax and reconnect, Family Mountain House offers the perfect backdrop for hiking, swimming, barbecuing, and simply enjoying each other’s company.
We can’t wait to share laughs, stories, meals, and meaningful time with the people we love most. Let the summer bonding begin!

Thursday - Welcome & BBQ Night
Anytime: Arrival and check-in at Mercer Mountain House. Unpack and relax.
Afternoon: Yard games, snacks, local hikes, or lounging on the deck.
6:30 PM: Dinner - Smoked BBQ Night!
Evening: S'mores around the firepit + optional family trivia.
Friday - Waterfalls & Pizza
9:00 AM: Breakfast - Egg casserole, bacon, chorizo, tortillas, bagels, cream cheese, biscuits, and
fresh fruit.
Mid-Morning: Group Activity Option: Hike to Water Wheel Falls.
1:00 PM: Lunch - Sandwich bar with chips, dips, and fruit.
Afternoon: Relax, nap, read, or explore the forest.
6:30 PM: Dinner - Pizza Night!
Evening: Porch storytelling or movie night.
Saturday - Nature Adventures & Grill Night
9:00 AM: Breakfast - Egg casserole, bacon, chorizo, tortillas, bagels, cream cheese, biscuits, and
fresh fruit.
Late Morning: Group Activity Options: Tonto Natural Bridge, Geode Hill, or Diamond Point.
1:00 PM: Lunch - Leftovers and fresh sandwich bar.
Afternoon: Free time: board games, rest, or local exploring.
6:30 PM: Dinner - Grilled Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.
Evening: Final night toast and stargazing.
Sunday - Goodbye & Slow Morning
9:00 AM: Breakfast - Enjoy remaining breakfast favorites.
Late Morning: Pack up and farewell hugs.
